Kavitha Balakrishnan is vice president of technology finance for New York City-area Bank of New York Mellon. As vice president of technology finance, Ms. Balakrishnan is one of the key figures on the technology team for the bank, working to consolidate technologies to keep bank sectors in communication. Ms. Balakrishnan is also responsible for coordinating the bank’s transition to new technology.

Ms. Balakrishnan has 15 years of experience in the technology and financial services field. Prior to her position with BNY Mellon, Ms. Balakrishnan was the head of finance for Atlas Systems.
